As a paralegal, she has worked on a number of catastrophic files including spinal cord injury, brain injury and chronic pain.
Fawzia Noor has also obtained a post graduate certificate in the Alternate Dispute Resolution program. She is also a community mediator, a conflict coach at Conflict Resolution Service at Dixie Bloor and Neighbourhood Centre. She has been presenting various conflict resolution workshops for different organizations. Moreover, she has experience in mediating various cases such as neighbor and family disputes. She possesses the ability to diffuse highly stressful situations by communicating and listening empathetically to others.
She is also a member of the Advisory Committee with Malton Women Council, in which she received a rotary leadership award in 2017 and 2018. She has been volunteering in different organizations such as Peel Parenting Collective and is also a part of the leadership team for the Malton Innovation Team. Fawzia is also volunteering with an organization named Mediator Beyond Borders International, an organization that builds local capacity for peace and promotes mediation worldwide. Overall, Fawzia dedicates her time bettering the society, through her legal, humanitarian and philanthropic approach to resolving conflict.
