Samira Rahat is an articling student at OWS Law, exclusively focused on immigration and refugee matters. An internationally trained lawyer, she is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Samira holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Dhaka and has eight years of experience in legal academia. She further enhanced her legal expertise by graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, with a common law LLM.
Currently in the licensing process with the Law Society of Ontario, Samira is an aspiring lawyer who has become an integral part of the OWS Law team. She is proficient in providing legal services in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive support in their preferred language.
